Teresa is a native San Diegan and a second generation real estate agent for CENTURY 21 Award. She has been in the real estate/building industry for 30 years.

Her professional affiliations currently include the San Diego Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS® and past affiliations include membership in the Riverside and San Diego Building Industry Association. Teresa served on the Board of Directors for the San Diego BIA Specialty Contractors Council.

As a native of the Del Cerro/San Carlos area of San Diego, I love putting my local knowledge to work for my clients. I pride myself on providing top-notch customer service in every transaction. Prior to joining the team at CENTURY 21 Award, I worked for a local residential contractor for 11 years in many departments from accounting to operations and sales & marketing. Whether training new hires, or coordinating between our project managers and clients, I put my communication and customer services skills to work.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Graphic Design from Coleman University, and was 1 of only 2 people in my graduating class to be inducted into the National Technical Honor Society. My extensive knowledge of design and marketing allow me to get your home noticed and SOLD!

In my spare time you can find me playing golf or catching a Padres game downtown.
